First Time Homebuyers at YMCA

The Homeownership education workshop provides comprehensive housing counseling for first-time homebuyers. The monthly workshop is an 8-hour course that provides information on the steps to homeownership including budgeting and credit, predatory lending, the lending process, searching for a home and maintaining the home. The Urban League of Broward County is a HUD-approved agency.
