Individual Development Accounts (IDA) is designed to provide a 2:1 savings match to low-income working individuals and families for the purpose of acquiring assets and gradually accumulating wealth.  

Savings may be used for one of three areas:

1. Small Business venture
2. Purchase of primary first home
3. Pursuit of post secondary education
